ПРОВАЛЫ ГОСУДАРСТВА И ПРОБЛЕМА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ
The article considers typical cases where the modern government is not able to provide the efficient allocation and use of the public goods. The main sources and factors (political, economical, institutional and informational) of the government inefficiency as a central economic regulator are studied. The classifica-tion of government failures is presented and the key directions to improve efficiency of the state regulation of economy are described.
