During last years some forms of crime became pointed. One of them is falsification of me-dicinal products. Falsification of the commercial product, as a form of criminal activities is known from ancient times and attracts with the ability of getting great profit. In this case there is a necessity in investigations of criminological and penal aspects in the sphere of turnover of medicines.
