The paper investigates not only the nature and peculiarities of the affective disorders of patients with stomach cancer after radical surgery (informed and uninformed about the iagnosis) in the process of sanitary and hospital rehabilitation, but explains them from the psychological point of view, examining them in the light of subconscious worries of the patients.
