COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

hereinafter referred to as "Author (co-authors)," on the one hand, and SEI HVE Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, hereinafter referred to as "Publisher," represented by Rector Vladimir Ivanovich Nifadiev, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the other hand, concluded this agreement on the following:

 

1. Subject of the contract

1.1. The author (co-authors) grants the Publisher non-exclusive rights to use the work (hereinafter "Article") in the scientific journal "Vestnik of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University" (hereinafter "Journal"). Title of the Article:

1.2. The Article shall be used within the limits specified herein.

 

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

2.1. Under this Agreement, the Author (s) grants the Publisher the following rights:

2.1.1. The right to reproduce, distribute, reprint, translate, digitize and further distribute in print and electronic form in the composite work of the magazine, transfer to third parties for public information;

2.1.2. The author undertakes not to publish a fully or partially transmitted article in another publication without the consent of the editorial board of the journal "Vestnik of the KRSU"

2.1.3. The right to reproduce the Article in the version of the Journal posted on the university's website: http://vestnik.krsu.edu.kg and on the server of the Electronic Russian Scientific Library: www.elibrary.ru and other databases.

2.1.4. The right to publish, including the right to make the Article public.

2.1.5. Right to import and export for distribution purposes.

2.2. The article may be copied, quoted exclusively for non-commercial purposes, subject to the relevant provisions of copyright law, with a mandatory indication of the name of the authors and the source of the borrowing, copyright information must be stored on copies of the Article.

2.3. The territory of use is not limited in Kyrgyz, Russian and English in print and electronic versions of this magazine.

2.4. The author (co-authors) presents their personal data (place of work, position, contact phone, E-mail), which he (they) allows to be published in the public domain.

2.5. Access to the Article shall be granted free of charge.

2.6. The author (co-authors) guarantees that he (they) have rights to the Article and that the use of the Article in the journal "Vestnik of the KRSU" under the terms of this permission will not lead to a violation of the rights of third parties.

2.7. There is no fee for the publication of the article.

3. Term and territory to which rights are transferred

3.1. Rights hereunder shall be granted indefinitely from ____________________ (date).

3.2. The rights hereunder are granted throughout the world and on the Internet.

 

4. Liability of the parties

4.1. Liability of the Parties is determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the parties and on issues that have not found their resolution in the text of this agreement will be resolved through negotiations on the basis of existing legislation and business customs.

5.2. If disputed issues are not settled during the negotiation process, disputes are resolved in court.

 

6. Final provisions

6.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its signing by the parties and shall be valid indefinitely.

6.2. Otherwise, which is not provided for in this agreement, the parties shall be governed by the effective legislation.

6.3. Any amendments and additions to this Agreement are valid, provided that they are made in writing and signed by the parties.

6.4. The Parties have the right to terminate the contract by mutual written agreement.

6.5. The contract is made in two copies, one for each of the parties.
