The computer modeling of the stationary thermal conditions of the cylindrical ceramic sample in the rectangular resonator has been made on the basis of 2D equations of energy balance and the reduced wave equation. The comparison of dependences of the sample temperature on the supplied microwave power for an attuned and untuned resonator was made.
