Aims and objectives

 

The goals and objectives of the journal: the prompt publication of the results of scientific research, familiarization of the public with the achievements of the university.

The journal publishes materials on current problems of the university, science; review and methodological articles; reviews of scientific articles, monographs and collections; summary presentations and reports on scientific sessions, conferences and other developments in the scientific life of the country and the university.

The materials are published in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.

The magazine is intended for teachers, specialists, graduate students and everyone interested in the achievements of science, technology and culture.

The magazine is distributed through retail sales and subscriptions.

Series and Journal release schedule

 

Since 2015, the journal has been published in 4 series:

1. Natural and technical sciences (physical and mathematical sciences, technical sciences, energy, construction and architecture, earth sciences).

2. Socio-economic sciences (economic sciences, legal sciences, pedagogical sciences, political science, sociological sciences).

3. Humanities (historical sciences and archeology, philosophical sciences, philological sciences, psychological sciences).

4. Medicine (clinical medicine, preventive medicine, biomedical sciences).

 

Directions recommended by the higher attestation commission of the Russian Federation

Political problems of international relations, global and regional development (political sciences),

Domestic history (historical sciences),

History of science and technology (historical sciences),

History of international relations and foreign policy (historical sciences).


Journal Release Schedule

 

Manuscripts are accepted according to the journal release schedule up to the 15th of the month preceding the release of the respective series. The cost of urgent publication of the article, the manuscript of which was received by the Publishing House later than the specified period, increases by 50%.

 

Guide to submitting the manuscript for publication to the Publishing House of the journal "Vestnik KRSU"

 

This manual regulates the algorithm and methods of submitting manuscripts to the Publishing House of the journal "Vestnik KRSU."

The manuscript is submitted in the following ways:

1. Registration on the Information Portal of the journal "Vestnik KRSU" (http://vestnik.krsu.edu.kg/) and sending the manuscript in accordance with the instruction.

2. Drafting the manuscript as required and sending the manuscript to e-mail vestnik@krsu.edu.kg.

3. Execution of the manuscript in accordance with the requirements and submission of the manuscript on purpose to the KRSU Publishing House at: 720000, Bishkek, st. Kievskaya, 44, office № 020.

Sending the manuscript for publication in the journal Vestnik KRSU, the author transfers all intellectual rights to the Publishing House of the KRSU.

In some cases, the author needs to download the copyright contract, sign it and forward the scan to e-mail (vestnik@krsu.edu.kg.)

 

Review Order

 

1. All articles submitted to the Publishing House are subject to independent review.

2. The manuscript of the scientific article submitted to the Journal Publishing House is considered by the executive secretary for compliance with the profile of the journal, the main provisions of the requirements for publications, and the design (See the requirement for the design of the article).

3. The authors will learn about the article's receipt and further change in its status through e-mail notifications.

4. Not allowed for publication in scientific journal:

- articles containing previously published material;

- articles whose originality is less than 70 %;

- articles issued without compliance with the requirements for the design of journal articles;

- articles whose authors do not comply with the reviewer's constructive comments or arguably do not refute them.

5. The executive secretary of the journal sends the article for review to one or, if necessary, two reviewers. Both members of the editorial board of the journal and highly qualified scientists and specialists of other organizations can be involved in reviewing manuscripts of articles as reviewers.

Have in-depth professional knowledge and experience in a particular scientific field.

6. The terms of review are from 15 to 30 days.

7. Reviewing “two-way blind”: the author is not informed of data about the reviewer (s) and vice versa. The author receives a review without a signature and indicating the name, position, place of work of the reviewer.

8. If the reviewer indicates recommendations for correcting and refining the article, the executive secretary of the journal sends the author the text of the review with a proposal to take them into account when preparing a new version of the article or to refute them (partially or completely).

9. A letter from the authors should be attached to the revised manuscript, containing answers to all comments and explaining all changes made to the article (a separate file and highlight changes in color according to the text of the article). The article revised (revised) by the author is resent for review, a response to the reviewer is attached to it. The date of receipt of the article to the Publishing House is the date of return of the revised article.
10. The editors reserve the right to reject the article in the event of the author's inability or unwillingness to take into account the comments of the editors.

11. An article not recommended by the reviewer for publication is not accepted for reconsideration.

12. If there are negative reviews of the manuscript or its revised version, the article is rejected with mandatory notification of the author about the reasons for this decision.

13. After the editorial board of the journal decides to admit the article to publication, the executive secretary of the journal informs the author about this and indicates the possible timing of publication.

14. If the article is accepted for publication, the executive secretary sends the author a payment document indicating the cost of publication and the Publisher's details. Publication can be paid for authors, universities, scientific and other organizations, including through grants. At the request of the author, all the necessary documents confirming the publication are provided: contracts, acts, accounts, certificates.

15. The order of publication of articles is determined by the date of registration of their receipt in the Publishing House. Works devoted to the most pressing problems of science, as well as containing fundamentally new information, can, by decision of the editorial board, be published out of turn.

16. Reviews are kept at the Magazine Publishing House for at least 5 years. The publishing house does not enter into a meaningful discussion of articles with authors, correspondence on the method of writing and drafting scientific articles and is not engaged in adjusting articles to the necessary scientific and methodological level.

 

 

Publication ethics

 

Articles sent for publication must comply with the publication ethics of the journal “Vestnik KRSU”.
