Except security and economic cooperation the humanitarian cooperation has become the new field of cooperation in organization SCO and presents one of the im-portant streams of this structure. At the same time humanitarian cooperation plays more significant role not only for solution of mutual misunderstanding and improve of political trust between countries of SCO, and for promotion to the more high level of development.
