Investigations have been carried out in the system of the first medical-sanitary aid in the context of the unified methodological approach with application of psychiatric diagnostic screening and an interview. The group of diseases to be actively revealed, comprised disturbing and depressing disorders and the data have shown that a part of patients with these disorders in the general medical system of the observed countries is from 0,9 to 22,6 (7,9% in average) of the number of all the users.
